What is the difference between “Inbox” and “All Messages”?

As you work through your transactions in GO!, you will find the conversation style that works best for you and your business. This may be email only, or perhaps a combination of email and chat messages.

To optimize your ability to view the information that is important to you, you have the option to select to see only your “Inbox” which will only include your active email and chat correspondence. 

Or, you may select “All Messages” in order to view your sent as well as archived email and chat conversations all in one spot.

You can differentiate between these two options by noting the icon next to each feature. Messages will display a chat bubble, while email will display an envelope icon.
