What does a Reminder email look like?

Reminder emails follow a templated format and are sent from noreply@preclose.com. It is a very simple format that is standard depending on the type of reminder you are sending. The property thumbnail photo will display if you've uploaded to it the transaction. All reminders end with the sentence "Please contact your transaction coordinator or agent with any questions."

Subject - Reminder for <Property Address>

For Dates:
with date - This is a reminder that the <Date Name> on <Date> for <Property Address> is approaching. 
without date - This is a reminder that the <Date Name> for <Property Address> is approaching.


For Details:
with value - This is a reminder about the <Detail Name> of <Detail Value> for <Property Address>.
without value -  This is a reminder about the <Detail Name> for <Property Address>.



For Tasks:
with due date - This is a reminder that the <Task Name> due on <Due Date> for <Property Address> is approaching.
without due date -  This is a reminder that the <Task Name> for <Property Address> is approaching.



For Documents:

This is a reminder about the <Document Name> for <Property Address>.
