What are Decision pages and how do I set them up?

If you upgrade to the Ultimate Plan, you will have the ability to create "Decision Pages". This feature allows you to present your network of partners or vendors directly to your client with links, videos, and information included for them to make informed decisions during their closing!

To set up a decision page, first, go to the "Settings" tab on your header. You will see the "Decision Page" option on your navigation.

If you are not currently on the Ultimate Plan, you will be prompted to upgrade when you click on "New Decision Page". 

To create your page, first give it a title, for example, Insurance Provider. You will see a section to add details like, "Please select your insurance provider" as well as a place to include a link to an instructional or marketing video of your choice:

You can then add a list of providers that you wish to present to your client. You can select or add the contact, then choose which team member this provider will apply to under "Show for Team Members".

Once you have set up the providers that you wish to present, the assigned Decision Page will show as a "My Task" to your client. They can click on the task to see the contacts along with any included videos. Once they select a provider, the task will show as completed and you will be notified via the Message Center.
