How do I add a contact to my transaction?

How do I add my contacts and enable access for them?

Once you have created a new transaction, you will see a "Contacts" tab. Click Contacts to add any vendors, buyers, sellers, cooperating agents, etc. to the transaction! Simply click the "Add contact" window and begin to type a name. If this contact has been used before, you will see it auto-populate, and you can simply click and complete.

If you need to add a new user, click "Create a new contact for..." and you will be guided to a "New User" window where you can enter their information.

From your new user window, you can enable their access into GO! by selecting "Allow User Access" under the "Transaction Permissions" section. Change their access from Disabled to Enabled when you are ready to give them access.

If you do not select to enable access at this point, you can do so later by selecting the three-dot icon in the top left corner of the contact tile. Select "Edit", and you will be guided back to your "New User" window where you can enable access for your contact.

Once you change access to Enabled, a new window will pop up giving you the option to invite the contact into Preclose GO! using either their phone number which sends a text OR through email. You can decide which option is best.

The contact will then receive an invitation email to Preclose GO! Which has the image of the property and a link to access their account. They will need to register to gain full access.

One thing to keep in mind is that you do NOT want to add your agent as a contact as they will have LIMITED visibility into the transaction. You will want to add your agent as a USER, by going to SETTINGS > ADD USER.
