Can I set a default coordinator for my files?

I have one coordinator working on my files, is there a way to make sure they are on every transaction?

If you are a TC working for multiple agents, or an agent with one coordinator, you are able to set a default coordinator to ensure they are included on all incoming closings!

Whether you manage a Team or a Services Account, you can set a default coordinator by clicking on your "Settings" tab from the top-level header. From here, you will select "Company", and you will see the option to select a default coordinator for this company from a drop down list:

If you are managing a services account, the best practice is to add your default coordinator when you establish the company account. If you need to add a default coordinator later, you can do so by selecting "Accounts" on your top-level header, and clicking the three dot icon on the company tile you wish to edit. You will see the option to edit your settings here:

Click "Settings" and select your default coordinator!

Keep in mind that in order to make someone your "default coordinator" you will first need to add them as a user to your organization.
