Innovative Intake Workflows allow you to customize your file submission questions to suit both listing management and closing coordination!
To create a listing management workflow, first click on your "Settings" tab on your top level header, and select "Intake".
Select "New Workflow", and set any questions that do not pertain to listing management to "Don't Ask". These will not show up on your intake form. Create customized questions such as "Who is the Photographer?" as well as set customized document uploads like, "Property Condition Disclosure".
You can use this form to collect the seller's contact information, notes on the property, listing documents, access information, etc. The possibilities are endless!
