Can I add the profile picture for my agents?

Once you have added a new account, you can customize the team or agent's account photo.  

To add a photo for a brand new account, select the "Accounts" tab on your top-level header, then click on the three dot icon on the top right of the account tile you wish to edit.

Select "Settings", and click on the circular icon on your settings window. From here, you will see the option to change or remove the account profile photo!

If you are adding an agent as a user under a team account or as a new user to a services account, they will need to update their photo from their end when they log in to Preclose GO!

A user can edit their photo by selecting the photo icon to the top right of their screen, and choosing "My Profile".

From here, select the photo icon where you can change or remove the profile photo!
