You can make these templates as robust as you wish! You have the ability to include custom email templates that apply to certain tasks, customize your document list, as well as set automatic date calculations to pull into your file.
Check out how applying an email to a task in your template will populate into your transaction:
When you go into your transaction and apply this Transaction Template, your checklist will now show this task with an icon to send the email. Click the email icon, and your email will automatically populate!
Adding date calculations into your template is a snap! Under dates on your template, you will see the option to "add a date rule". This is especially useful for contracts that often reflect the same dates for certain contingencies.
When your template is applied to your transaction, you will see that your date will calculate automatically based on the date rule you entered!
*Note that your date will not calculate until the reference date is added.
